once-weekly curbside trash removal for residential customers within the Ogden City limits. Your service includes the rental of a 96-gallon rolling trash tote and scheduled pickup on a set weekday, determined by your address.

  • Hazardous/Restricted Materials (paint, solvents, oils, batteries, tires, electronics, medical sharps)

  • Place the tote at the curb, wheels facing your house, with 3 feet of clearance from cars, mailboxes, and other bins.
  • Ensure the lid closes completely—overfilled totes may not be serviced.

Missed Pickup & Weather

  • Missed Pickup? If your tote was out on time and wasn’t collected, contact customer service within 24 hours.
  • Severe Weather:  Safety comes first; delays may occur. We’ll notify affected routes and arrange the next available service day.
