We provide dependable once-weekly curbside trash removal for residential customers within the Ogden City limits. Your service includes the rental of a 96-gallon rolling trash tote and scheduled pickup on a set weekday, determined by your address.

• Curbside Guidelines: Place your tote at the curb by 6:00 AM on your pickup day; ensure the lid is fully closed.

How It Works

1. Sign Up: Provide your address and contact details.

4. Curb & Collect: Place your tote curbside by 6:00 AM on your service day; we handle the rest.
5. Monthly Billing: Billed at the start of each month; keep your account current for uninterrupted service.
   

Accepted vs. Not Accepted

Accepted Household Trash (Bagged):

• Typical kitchen/household waste
• Non-hazardous packaging and disposables
• Small, non-heavy household items

Not Accepted:

• Yard Waste (leaves, grass, branches)
• Heavy Construction Debris (concrete, bricks, drywall, shingles)
• Hazardous/Restricted Materials (paint, solvents, oils, batteries, tires, electronics, medical sharps)

Curbside Placement Tips

• Place the tote at the curb, wheels facing your house, with 3 feet of clearance from cars, mailboxes, and other bins.
• Ensure the lid closes completely—overfilled totes may not be serviced.
• Keep weight manageable; heavy loads can damage equipment and may be declined.
  

Missed Pickup & Weather

• Missed Pickup? If your tote was out on time and wasn’t collected, contact customer service within 24 hours.
• Severe Weather:  Safety comes first; delays may occur. We’ll notify affected routes and arrange the next available service day.
